Absolutely not. Beyond the Shot is not a diet. There is no calorie counting, no food rules, no "good" or "bad" foods. This program is about building a genuinely peaceful, nourishing, and sustainable relationship with food — one that comes from self-understanding rather than external restriction. Many of our participants have spent decades on diets. This is something very different.
How much time does each week take?
Each weekly module takes about 30–45 minutes to read and absorb. The worksheets are flexible — some are 10-minute reflections, others invite you to go as deep as you'd like. The program is genuinely designed for real life, not an ideal one. If a busy week happens, the material will be waiting for you when you're ready.
Does it matter which GLP-1 medication I'm on?
No. Whether you're on semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound), liraglutide, or another GLP-1, the core work of this program applies universally.
